Has anyone tried Twitter? I just signed up this morning and don't have time right now to check it all out! I added a link to it on my blog here, tho... just one more thing to distract me from what I really should be doing!! Haha!
Update on life in Katy, TX - Mom is coming to live with us!! WooHoo! We are all very excited and thrilled to have her - what a HUGE help she will be to me so I can work more and the boys are really happy that she'll be able to spend time with them! Kevin will probably have her up all night playing Scrabble! I hope she can stand us...LOL!
Work is going well. I just promoted to Shift Supervisor - la dee da! Better me than someone else heehee! So, I have to be available to work more and longer shifts, but there is more money involved. Still won't get rich working at Starbucks, but I do love it!
Speaking of... am heading there right now to meet my friend Vicki for a cup of coffee - see ya!

Don't know much about Twitter, but am curious to learn more and will be following along. Great news about your mom. She's excited! And congrats on your promotion -- it couldn't have happened to a more deserving person! Lucky Starbucks...

ReplyDeleteKevin better watch out! I've been looking up words - like cattywampus. I'm not lying. It's a word!! Course I'd have to add on to his "catty". What are the odds - he he.
I'm so excited about moving there and watching those boys grow up! Of course, I'll miss these kids here, but they'll just have to plan a Texas vacation. Can't wait to get the move over and get settled in with you all. Let me know what the final plans are - get with Helen to find out what day we are leaving here, or I'll find out Sunday.
